Uzbekistan agriculture produces over $25 billion of output, with 85,000+ farms and 468 agro-clusters. The state subsidises machinery and irrigation — the exhibition is the channel through which suppliers reach those programmes.

Why the first days of March
The decision window is two weeks long
Spring field preparation in Uzbekistan starts earlier than in neighbouring countries: machinery and spare parts must reach the farm by March, seeds and crop protection by sowing. The exhibition sits exactly on the edge of that window, which is why purchase decisions are taken on site rather than "after the trip".
The second factor is money. Leasing companies, banks with concessional lines and representatives of state support programs work at the venue: financing terms are discussed with the people who approve them.
