A flexible calendar: for a major event we book build-up, run and dismantle as one window with no neighbouring load-ins.
Hall and outdoors
4,400 m² for the expo, 5,000 m² for machinery, stage and show. Combined to fit the format.
Technical layer
700 kW, 220/380 V, cable routes, lighting, climate, audio, screens, internet and LAN.
Exhibitor services
Registration, build, furniture, print, storage — we can serve your exhibitors at our rate card.
Security
Access control, guarding during build, evacuation plan, coordination with city authorities.

Each show holds the venue for build-up two days before and dismantling two days after. Any other date is free — send a brief and we reply with a quote within one business day.

Who we fit
Industry organizers, associations, regional administrations, corporations with a large employee expo, festival promoters. We decline events that need structural changes or exceed fire load — and say so at the brief stage.

Can I rent the hall for my own event?
Yes, the 4,400 m² hall, the 5,000 m² open area and the 350-seat conference hall are available for shows, forums and festivals.
How many days does build-up take?
Typically one build day, up to three show days and half a day to dismantle; night build-up is agreed separately.
How do I get a quote?
Describe the format, dates and area — we send a quote within the business day, and the final figure is fixed by contract.
