What we collect
Forms and accounts collect name, email, phone, company, country, industry, website, interests and request details. Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes; technical request data helps prevent spam.

We collect the minimum needed to handle your request. Below is what, why and how to delete it.
Why
To create and maintain an account, handle a visitor or exhibitor request, follow up on participation terms and perform a contract. Tickets/admission are handled separately. Required consent on the press accreditation form covers processing that request only; it does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Retention
Requests — 12 months; cabinet profile data while the account is active or until a deletion request is processed. Contracts and accounting records follow statutory retention periods.
Who sees it
Event contractors (build, registration, catering) only within what the service requires. We never sell databases.
Cookies and analytics
The public site uses no advertising trackers. The cabinet sets an essential first-party session cookie for login and security. Anonymous statistics (page views, button clicks, form submissions — without name, phone or IP address) are collected on the centre's own server.
Your rights
View, correct or delete data by writing to info@sofexpo.uz with the subject "Data request".
The data controller is LLC «RESOF EXPO», Dzhambay district, Samarkand region. We answer personal data requests within 10 working days.
