Participation packages and rates Four packages and a fully transparent quote
Rates depend on the show and the season, so the exact price list comes from the account manager with the floor plan. Below is what each package contains, so you know what you are paying for.
Standard 9 m²
Octanorm shell, fascia board with your logo, table, two chairs, one 220 V socket, lighting, two badges, catalogue listing. Build-up and dismantle included.
Premium 18 m²
Everything in Standard plus a priority location, larger advertising surface, showcase, four badges and 20 seconds of your reel on the hall screen.
Raw space from 36 m²
Space and power connection only. Build, design approval and machine hook-up are quoted separately.
Sponsorship package
A slot on the business programme stage, entrance-area branding, participant bags, a coffee break with your presentation, priority in announcements.

Economics
Early booking is 10–15% cheaper
Season prices are locked when you apply before general sales open. Early exhibitors also choose locations, and location affects traffic more than the discount does.
Discounts and support
Association and national pavilions get separate tariffs. Several industries qualify for state participation compensation — we explain how to apply.
Payment terms
Contract and invoice, 50% to confirm the location, balance 14 days before build-up. Long-term partners work to an agreed schedule.
Cancellation and substitution
Moving participation to the next show in the series is possible until 30 days before the start; withdrawal follows the contract with preparation costs retained.
